The family winery Ilias from Pavlov will be presented by the owner Georgios Ilias. The entire production of wines comes from the Pavlovian routes.
White wines are fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks, red wines in wooden barriques. The ageing period ranges from 8 to 24 months. Part of the philosophy of producing organic wines is not only the absence of chemical sprays in the vineyards, but also the production of wine without the use of modern products affecting taste and aroma. The winery has been successful in Czech and international competitions. After the tasting it is possible to buy wines at cellar prices from the winemaker. Please reserve your seats.
