A special accompaniment to the red wines are the fermented sausages JÉÉGER and ČORÍÍZO and a specialty for St. Martin's Day - prosciutto made from goose breast from the family-run PRŠUTERIA CHOVANEČEK. The best match for the wines is the purest AQUILA water.
