The guided tasting will be led by winemaker Petr Svoboda. "Our small winery cultivates less than 2 hectares of vineyards in the Nové Hory vineyard area. All the vineyards lie at the foot of the Ždánický Forest with a beautiful southern disposition. We pay particular attention to the high quality of the grown grapes and their gentle processing."
