About winemaker
Our family winery was founded in 1991. Ing. Pavel Svoboda. Now the second generation continues. Both sons are graduates of the Wine School in Valtice. The philosophy of the company is to produce original Pálava wines from grapes from our own vineyards, which are situated on the slopes of Pálava. You can taste our wines in the 16th century tasting cellar, where you can learn about the history of Habány. Basic characteristics of wine
The variety comes from Burgundy, France. Chardonnay is an exceptional quality white wine and is widespread almost all over the world. We can also find it in all subregions, especially in the Mikulov, Slovácko or Mělnicko regions.
