About winemaker
The VINO HORT winery was founded in 1999. The wine cellar is located in Dobšice near Znojmo. The grapes come from pre-arranged vineyards. We emphasize the selection of healthy raw materials with physiological maturity. Two important words have become the basis of our philosophy: Variety & Location.
Basic characteristics of wine
Veltlín Green is our most widespread variety and is grown on about 14% of the area of our vineyards. It is definitely worth trying Veltlín wine from the Znojmo, Mikulov or Velkopavlovice regions, and in Bohemia from Mělnicko, Roudnice or Most.
