Since 2012, wines with the original St. Martin's Day brand have also been on offer. Although the Sing Wine winery does not have a long history under this brand, it has managed to win a number of important local and international awards. Sauvignon belongs among the most popular three white wines together with the Chardonnay and Riesling varieties. It is assumed that it comes from the French region of Bordeaux or from the Loire region. The most typical Sauvignons can be found in the Znojmo or Mikulov region.
