The varietal composition is focused on Müller Thurgau, Riesling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Tramin, Blue Portugal, St. Laurent, Frankincense, Cabernet Moravia and André. Since 2008, the winery has been using modern controlled fermentation technology with the use of noble yeasts as well as indigenous yeast strains from specific grapes, in order to highlight the terroir of the Wielkopolska vineyards. The white wines are aged in stainless steel containers, while the red wines are mostly aged in oak barrels. Annual production is around 10 000 bottles.
Welschreisling is an old and highly prized variety of unknown origin. It is one of the most cultivated in our country (8.5% of the total area of vineyards). Excellent terroir for "Vlašák" is offered mainly by the Pálavské vrchy, Mikulov, Slovácko and Velkopavlovice subregions or the Šobes vineyard in the Znojmo region.
