The winery's philosophy is to produce drinkable quality wine without morning sickness. We strive for maximum purity of wine in aroma and taste with pleasantly fresh acidity. All production is by the bottle, we avoid cask wines and buying cider or wine from abroad. All vineyards are in the cadastre of Hlohovec or Valtice. The range contains a wide variety of varieties, flavours and choices from dry to sweet wines.

Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the four most popular blue varieties in the world. In our country it is grown exclusively in Moravia, it is most widespread in the Mikulov and Velkopavlovice subregions, it is excellent in the vicinity of Hustopeče and Mutěnice. Cabernet wines mature relatively slowly and their quality increases with age. Therefore, they are suitable for long-term archiving.
