About the winery
MiQueen - the Queen of Mikulov, because wine is the drink of kings and queens. And they settle for only the best. The MiQueen winery is a completely organic winery on almost 32 hectares of vineyards in Mikulov, on the Za cihelnou line. This location gives the wines a typical Mikulov mineral character, which makes these wines exceptional and also sought after. The charm of uniqueness is due to the mineral subsoil of Jurassic limestone with clays.

The production capacity of MiQueen Winery is 130 000 bottles of wine per year. All wines are made entirely from our own grapes. The origin of each bottle of MiQueen Winery wine can be found on the reverse side of the vignette. The front of the MiQueen Winery vignette is dominated by the bagpipe as a symbol of nature and freedom. MiQueen Winery farms in a protected landscape area full of rare plants and animals. It is also home to the endangered pied-billed woodpecker. The Za cihelnou track is far from civilisation, in the middle of unspoilt nature, where everything still seems to be in order. People here work in harmony with nature. MiQueen Winery's goal is to minimize interference with nature, to behave in a gentle way and to preserve this piece of nature for future generations. That is why the symbol of MiQueen Winery is a bagpipe, a symbol of respect for nature. But the bagpipe on the vignette is also a bit of a punk, he likes to do things his own way and try new ways. And so does the dynamic Miqueen Winery
