A little about us
11.4.2022 we founded the Jonáš and Holec Winery under the Pálav Hills.

During the year 2022-2023, we remodeled the entire winery to today's image.
The winery is located in the village of Bavory directly below Pálava (Table Mountain).
We farm 2 hectares of our own vineyards, namely on the Maliny and u Rybníčka tracks.
We grow typical varieties for the Pálava region, such as Tramín Red, Pálava, Riesling, Riesling Vlašský, Zweigeltrebe, Pinot Noir, Neuburg, Veltliner Zelené.
90% of the work is done by hand, including grape picking.
All the processing of the grapes and then the liquid is done with gentle modern technology.
Our wines are aged in a wine cellar about 100 years old in stainless steel and wooden Acacia barrels.
Our production in bottles is about 10 000 bottles per year.
You can find white wines, red wines, rosé wines and sparkling wines.
Indoor seating in the cellar with fireplace is for about 25 people.
Outdoor seating for approx. 50 people.
Thanks to the fact that Zdeněk is a chef by profession, it is not a problem for us to prepare any dish (cold bowls, hot buffet, delicacies, served menu, grill, tapas, well just everything you want.
If you are lucky in the fall, you can taste homemade smoked meats, sausages, cheeses, all from our smokehouse.
We also make homemade syrups, roasted pumpkin seeds, jams, chutneys and other things we grow.
We are able to arrange tastings at our place and yours, but believe us when we start the tasting right in the vineyard overlooking the Pálava, it has its own magic.
