back. Jan Osička Sr. started to deal with winemaking professionally in 1990, when he started to sell his wine and run a catering business in his wine cellar. The winery took its present form in 2004, when we built a larger cellar and accommodation with a focus on wine agrotourism. We are gradually expanding both production and vineyard area.
