Winery Čech s.r.o.

The winery is a continuation of the company Čebav, s. r. o., founded by Jan Čech († 2011) and continues the idea of producing quality wines at favourable prices (under the new label are wines from the 2009 vintage). The vineyards are managed in the organic farming system and since the 2017 vintage the wines are produced in organic quality. The winery is equipped with the latest technology for grape processing and wine production. White wines are produced by controlled fermentation, red wines in vinifiers. There are also wines aged in barriques. Careful work in the vineyard and cellar has recently brought the winery a large number of awards from the most prestigious shows at home and abroad (USA, Germany, Slovakia, Austria, England, France, South Africa). The winery with seven employees focuses on the production of quality wines and produces around 120,000 bottles of wine per year. The wines are sold from the cellar, in wine shops and catering outlets across the country.
