Kvevri - Grüner Veltliner: This is the oldest method of wine production in the world, in ceramic vessels called kvevri. The highest quality grapes are hand-picked and then placed in the kvevri, where they are then fermented and blended. The wine, hermetically sealed, is aged on the skins for several months. The wines are aged in 200 l and 240 l stoneware containers made in the Czech Republic. We use the containers for their micro-oxidation properties.
