I emphasize the production of varietally characteristic vintage wines, which I usually bottle after 2 to 3 years of cellaring. I give the wine time to express itself and show what is best in it. Always arrange a visit in advance by phone. We also offer the option of a guided tasting usually of 6-10 samples.
I have been making wine since 1995 as a continuator of the family tradition for at least 5 generations. We cultivate about 0.5 hectares of vineyards in three locations. The varietal composition is based on time-tested varieties in the UH region (especially Pinots), complemented by already proven newer varieties.
