About the winery
The winery "Nad Sklepy" continues the family winemaking tradition dating back to the middle of the 20th century. The wines are almost exclusively predicate. The winery's philosophy is semi-dry and semi-sweet, preferably light and juicy wines with a typical "Pálava" bouquet of foreign fruit or flowering meadows. In view of the excellent ripening of the grapes in the Pálava region, the wines are often enriched with residual sugar, but always accompanied by a pleasant acidity.
On the main street, in the village square of Bulhary, directly on the cycle path.

The wines are a reflection of the best of what can be combined: the personality and gentle approach of small wineries with the innovation and modern technology of large ones. The family winery also includes a traditional wine cellar with a restaurant in the complex of the historic ash yard of the Dietrichstein family, as well as an apartment-style guesthouse. The restoration of the Dietrichstein court of Bulhary with its more than 400 years of history fully fits in with the motto of the family winery Nad Sklepy - "We combine tradition with innovation". Nothing to do but invite you for a glass :)
