Tasting a product that was created in the place where we live and where the person who created it with his own hands lives... Twenty years ago, this was commonplace. Unfortunately, the globalisation of food production and logistics has led us to a very sad state of affairs where we no longer even know where and from what raw materials the food was produced. Yet there is an old truth that one should consume food from where one lives and where one was born. In 2013 we decided to start a winery. A winery that would be different from the others. We will choose only the most honest winegrowers from all over Moravia, from whom we will buy only the best Moravian grapes every year, without compromise, and from which we will produce together, as a family, an honest wine that we will be proud of. We have decided that the quality of our wines will be so high that we will persuade the experts from the supermarket chains to include our wines in their stores and thus make them available to the widest group of customers. People who want quality but don't have time to travel around Moravia and put so much effort into finding "their" regional supplier. We want our "Family Winery Břeclav" to be available where people shop every day and where it is easy and convenient for them to buy our wines. And most importantly, we want to prove that even in the retail network you will be able to buy a high value wine "with soul", where people will understand what their quality is all about, and that the wine they may pay a little more for contains 100% more of the land and people by whom it was made.
