Winery Strapina Pavlov

We are a small family winery founded in 1966. You will find here a cellar with classic wooden barrels. The wine is fermented in them with noble yeasts from our own vineyards, which we select ourselves. When tending the vineyard and making wine, we try to combine traditional and time-tested practices with modern oenological knowledge to produce wines that are not beautiful, uniform or dull, but are varietally typical, reflecting the minerality of the local limestone hills, the place of origin and the handwriting of the winemaker. The motto of our winery is 'Vinařství Strapina - Truth in every bottle'. Come and see if you can really find it there. It's usually hidden at the bottom!
