The entire production is processed using modern controlled fermentation technology, which gives the wines a pure aroma and taste specific to each variety. The family winery owns vineyards with a total area of one hectare in the Bzenec area of Psí hora, which has a specific microclimate and favourable conditions for appellation wines. In addition, it buys grapes from contracted areas from vine-growers from the municipalities of Čejč-Terezín, Svatobořice-Mistřín, Bzenec and Ostrožská Lhota.
