We are a small family winery located in South Moravia in the wine-growing village of Čejkovice. We are engaged in the cultivation of vines, production and sale of small batch wines. Our vineyards are located in the prestigious vineyards of the municipality of Čejkovice, where thanks to the unique soil and climatic conditions we can achieve high quality grapes, which then give us delicious wines with unmistakable aroma and unique taste. All our production is processed using traditional proven methods combined with modern technologies to process the grapes as gently as possible, preserving the varietal characteristics of the wines. Of course, the musts are destemmed, fermented with noble wine yeasts, and in the case of red wines, the malic acid is broken down and then aged in wooden oak barrels. High-quality wines cannot do without modern technology, but the best technology cannot replace a well-ripened grape from the vineyard and the efforts and enthusiasm of the winemaker who tries to produce a unique wine from these grapes.
