Our wine company has continued the tradition of farming in our family. Surviving documents from the 16th century onwards testify to the farming of 18 hectares of fields, meadows and vineyards. Nowadays we farm only the vineyards on the Dolní Štamfát vineyard, which is one of the best vineyards in Strážnice. Our goal is to produce quality wines according to the old tradition with new technology. Our varietal composition includes - Müller Thurgau, Veltliner Green, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Muscat of Moravia, Riesling, Franconia, Blue Portugal, Cabernet Moravia, Dornfelder. The use of noble yeast strains, bentonites, enzymes and quality filtration in parallel with compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards is a matter of course. The quality range of wines is wide. The basis is the production of earth wines for the needs of the wine cellar, but also the production of predicate wines.
