We are a small family winery that manages about 11 hectares of vineyards. We try to do all the work in the vineyard and cellar with family members. In 2014 we built a cellar with a guest house. The accommodation capacity is 27 beds. In the cellar we make part of the wines with primary aromatics and less residual sugar and the other part we make with more traditional methods - longer fermentation on the mash, blending the wines on fine lees.
Ing. Stanislav Novák works as a viticulturist and cellar master in the company Family Winery Novák Bořetice. The cellar offers seating for 60 visitors, with another 50 seats on the outdoor summer terrace. There are three different tasting programs for guests, priced from 600 to 850 crowns. These programmes can be complemented with traditional home-made specialities - sausages, smoked kielbasa, venison goulash or roast selet. During the tastings, Ing. Stanislav Novák wines from the production of the Novák Family Winery Bořetice, of which he is the creator. The wines of this winery regularly win awards at the most prestigious wine shows at home and around the world. The basis of these successes are (in addition to modern technological equipment) own vineyards in top lines in Bořetice and Brumovice managed in the system of integrated production. These are family vineyards inherited from the ancestors, together with a cellar and a long winemaking tradition. Today, Stanislav Novak's children are continuing this tradition - his son Michal works in the winery and his daughter Dáša is studying at the business academy and preparing for a job in the winery.
