The family winery farms an area of about 3 hectares of vineyards with a production of 10,000 - 15,000 bottles in limited batches. The wines are created by spontaneous processes from grapes only from their own vineyards, dry, without residual sugars. The winery is a founding member of the Autentista Monarchia z.s. association, and the vineyards have long been managed organically.

Jaroslav Osička Winery is a member of the Autentisté association. These winemakers try to apply sprays approved for organic production in the vineyards and do not interfere with the birth of the wine in the cellar, so that the musts ferment spontaneously without the use of purchased selected yeasts and other additives, and the wines lie for several years in wooden barrels without sulphur.
