About the winery

The family winery, whose roots date back to 1945, entered the wine market under the name Vinařství Volařík in 2008. In integrated production, it now manages 80 ha of its own vineyards in the Mikulov wine sub-region, of which 4.2 ha are in organic production. The grapes are harvested mainly by hand. The winery focuses on the production of quality white wines, the offer is complemented by rosé and red wines, Volařík Sekty produced using the traditional method and grape must.

When you arrive in Mikulov from Brno, turn left (on the right is the turn-off to Březí). The Volařík Winery is on the right after about 300 metres.

Specialties in the menu

The winery offers wines in 3 lines. Standard CLASSIC, TERROIR and ORGANIC series. TERROIR wines are intended for archiving and are based on the uniqueness of the vineyards. During cultivation and processing, emphasis is placed on the unchangeability of the origin of the grapes - the names of the wines bear the names of prestigious vineyard routes - Kotelná, Železná, Ořechová hora, Věstonsko, Purmice, U Venus, Plotny. The ORGANIC wine range includes wines from organic production, in which interspecific varieties Saphira, Johanniter and Hibernal are grown. The Volařík sect are produced using the traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle.
