The company continues the winemaking tradition established in 2007. We specialize in the production of pure natural wines without significant technological interventions to preserve the varietal character.
Our winery focuses on the production of organic wines without the use of selected yeasts and other additives, with minimal or no sulphur. We offer both bottled and cask wines, and traditional bourbon is also part of our production. All of our vineyards have been under organic regime for several years. Our wines are created in the vineyard, in the cellar we only supervise the successful development of the wine.
