VALTICE UNDERGROUND

Offer for groups of tourists over 20 people in the daytime. Suitable for bus tours and visitors to Valtice. Designed especially for bus tours or larger groups of tourists who want to soak up the environment of the labyrinth of Moravian wine cellars extended by tasting Moravian wines from the production of ANNOVINO VINAŘSTVÍ LEDNICE s.r.o.
The visit is possible at any time of the day until 17:00 during the calendar year, by prior reservation. Suitable also for travel agencies.

- services of the Cellar Master®
- a guided tour of the VP with a glass in hand and an insider's talk by the Cellar Master® on the history of the VP and the Winery
- guided tasting of 5 samples of bottled wines with the Cellar Master®
- tasting bites to accompany the wine (pastries, lard, cellar pate, etc. - total food weight per person is approx. 200 gr.)

It is possible to purchase a 0.35 l tasting glass with the logo of Valtice Underground for 50,- CZK incl. VAT as a souvenir of pleasant moments spent in Valtice Underground.

TURIST

     The Wine Lover's Experience Evening is designed for visitors looking for fun and education in an evening experience program spent in a Moravian cellar, combined with wine delicacies, looking for good wine, stylish food and original surroundings.
     The evening begins with a tour of the Cellar with a Cellar Master® and a glass of wine in hand lasting approximately 30 - 45 minutes. Followed by a guided tasting of bottled wines led by the Cellar Master® lasting 1 hour, depending on the interest of the tasters. During the tasting, visitors consume from a cold buffet and individually search for suitable wine and food pairings.
     The standard part of the cold buffet are special pâtés, cheeses, hams, pork cracklings, cuts of smoked meats, special salami, vegetables, etc., in the usual Valtice Underground preparation. Bread is served as a side dish. The composition of the buffet is influenced by the seasonal availability of basic ingredients in South Moravia.
     Visitors will taste 8 samples of wines from the Valtice Podzemí range (from dry wines to sweet specials). The tasting consists of bottled branded, mostly attributive wines of the Lednice-Valtice area (with the exception of ice and straw wines). The total length of the programme is up to 3 hours. The programme must be booked at least 3 days in advance and can take place all year round between 10 am and 6 pm.
     Extended seating in the cellar after the program is over is possible by appointment. The rental fee is 500 CZK/hour/cellar.

LOVER OF WINE

Designed for advanced wine lovers whose goal is not only to experience the environment of a Moravian cellar and wine tasting, but also to seek new knowledge in the field.
The standard part of the ZNALEC wine programme is a cold buffet in the usual Valtice Underground style. The buffet is designed as a bite with wine and does not replace dinner. It consists of special pâté, cheese, ham, pork cracklings, smoked meat and speck cuts, special salami, vegetables, fruit, etc.  The composition of the buffet is influenced by the seasonal availability of basic ingredients in South Moravia.
The evening starts with a tour of the Underground with a Cellar Master® and a glass of wine in hand for about 30 - 45 min. This is followed by a guided tasting of bottled wines led by the most experienced Cellars® VPs for up to 2 hours, depending on the interest of the tasters. During the tasting, visitors consume from a cold buffet and individually search for suitable wine and food combinations. Depending on interest, visitors taste 8 wines from the Valtice Underground range (from dry wines to sweet specials such as selections and ice wines). The tasting consists of bottled branded, mostly attribute wines of the Lednice-Valtice area.
 The amount of wine consumed is limited by the number of people in the group - as many people, as many bottles of wine of 0.75 litres, except for ice and straw wines!
The total length of the program is up to 5 hours. The program must be booked at least 3 days in advance and can run year-round between 10am-24pm.
In months with high VP attendance (especially September and October) the Cellar Master adapts the tour, individual stops and interpretation to the current operating conditions.
The offer price of the Wine Expert programme for groups of people: 1 195,- CZK/person
      Extended seating in the cellar after the programme is over is possible by arrangement. The rental fee is 500 CZK/hour/cellar.

WINE CONNOISSEUR

The programme includes:
a walk through the Valtice Underground, a unique labyrinth of historic wine cellars with a glass in hand (0.2 l of white wine) and an insider's commentary on the history of the VP
guided tasting of 12 bottled wines with the Cellar Master
consumption of bottles according to the number of people in the group (2x 0.75 l bottles per person), including the tasted wines
cold buffet 300 g/person
water in jugs
a 0.35 l tasting glass with the Valtice Underground logo as a souvenir

In the course of the evening, the visitor consumes the wines that interested him in the tasting in the number of up to 2 bottles of 0.75 l per person, with the exception of ice and straw wines, which are intended for tasting only.
In the months with high VP attendance (especially September and October) the Cellar Master adapts the tour, individual stops and interpretation to the current operating conditions.
The total length of the programme is up to 6 hours.
Offer price of the Gourmet programme for groups of people.
The programme must be booked at least 3 days in advance and can take place all year round between 10am-24pm.
Extended seating in the cellar after the program is over is possible by agreement. The rental fee is 500 CZK/hour/cellar.
After 24 hours the rental is 1 000 CZK/hour/cellar.


GURMÁN

The programme includes:
a walk through the Valtice Underground, a unique labyrinth of historic wine cellars with a glass in hand (0.2 l of white wine) and an insider's commentary on the history of the VP
guided tasting of 12 bottled wines with the Cellar Master
consumption of bottles according to the number of people in the group (2x 0.75 l bottles per person), including the tasted wines
hot buffet 300 g/person (hot buffet should be served before the tasting)
cold buffet 500 g/person
water in jugs
a 0.35 l tasting glass with the Valtice Underground logo as a souvenir
The evening starts with a tour of the Underground with the Cellar Master and a glass of wine in hand for approx. 30-45 min. This is followed by a hot buffet, which as standard consists of roast pork ribs Spareribs and poultry fried steaks. As a side dish bread, pastries. Then there is a guided tasting of bottled wines led by VP's most experienced Cellar Masters, lasting up to 2 hours. Depending on interest, visitors will taste 12 wines from the Valtice Underground range (from dry wines to sweet specials such as selections and ice wines). The tasting consists of bottles of mostly branded wines of the Lednice-Valtice area. During the tasting, visitors consume from a cold buffet and individually search for suitable wine and food combinations.
The basic part of the cold buffet are special pâtés and cheeses, several types of hams, smoked meats, special sausages, prosciutto, vegetables, fruits, wedding cakes, etc. The filling of the cold buffet is also influenced by the seasonal availability of basic ingredients in South Moravia. The composition of the buffet and the quantity of some of the buffet components can be changed upon customer's request.
In the course of the evening, the visitor consumes the wines that caught his/her attention in the tasting in a number of up to 2 bottles of 0.75 l per person, except for ice and straw wines, which are intended for tasting only.
In the months with high VP attendance (especially September and October) the Cellar Master adapts the tour, individual stops and interpretation to the current operating conditions.
The total length of the programme is up to 6 hours.
