National Wine Salon of the Czech Republic

Public tasting exhibition of wines with the title of gold medal of the Wine Salon of the Czech Republic in the cellars of the Valtice Chateau. Since 2000, it has been offering an overview of wines from all wine-growing sub-regions of the Czech Republic. Every year, one hundred of the best wines selected by tasters as part of the Wine Salon - the national wine competition of the Czech Republic - are presented here. There are several tasting programmes and wines are also available for purchase. You will also find an educational exhibition about grape varieties, the history of the winery and the "Hall of Fame" of our winery. In 2018, the Wine Salon was voted Champion of the TOP Wine Destination competition.
