Rostislav Žďárský built the wine complex in Zaječí, which combines vineyards, processing capacity, restaurant, wine cellar, representative tasting rooms and facilities for various events, including a comfortable guesthouse. The first vintage took place at the U Kapličky Winery in 2006. From the original intention to build a small winery, the company was eventually established with a capacity of 300,000 bottles per year and with nearly a hundred hectares of its own vineyards in the lines of U Kapličky, Plochovy, Kalvárie, Novomlýnský svah, Nová hora and Růžový vrch managed in the system of integrated production. White wines are processed in stainless steel tanks using controlled fermentation technology, while red wines are first vinified in vinifiers and then aged in oak barrels. The cellar master of the company is Dalibor Babáček (the highest range of wines is named after him). The main driver and soul of the 120-employee company is its founder - everything from the basic concept to the smallest detail comes from his head: the exterior of the winery, the 360 m long cellars and the 8.5 m diameter and 6 m high rotunda, the interiors, the fittings on the doors, the candlesticks, the wine, the labels and the original bottles. The premises of the winery are predestined for hosting various family and corporate events, weddings, training sessions, etc.
