We produce wines in our winery from grapes grown in the Čejkovice vineyards. We produce mainly wines with a range of ten varieties. White wines, clarets and rosés are created by gentle seed harvesting, gentle pressing on a pneumatic press, decanting, controlled fermentation and subsequent embellishment according to the variety, vintage, style and with an emphasis on the individuality of each particular wine. Red wines are fermented in vinifiers or wooden vats. Pressing is carried out on a pneumatic press, followed by malic acid removal. We do not clarify or filter the red wines and use as little sulphur as possible.
