Winery Jaroslav Hajda

The winery, founded in 1992, continues a long family tradition of winemaking. The company is located in the wine-growing village of Hlohovec, in the centre of the Lednice-Valtice area. The winery includes rooms for seating, tastings and smaller social events. There are also cellars in the wine alley "Šulaperk" and "Na Kopci". The winery also processes grapes from permanent local suppliers (vineyards Stará hora, Deliče, Sedlecko), from the vicinity of Valtice and from Podpálaví. In recent years, the winery has also focused on the production of rosé wines. Part of the production is sold on the barrel market, selected lots are supplied to the market in bottles. The company's philosophy is to preserve the natural varietal character of the wine using modern oenological techniques with an emphasis on terroir - the place of origin of the wines, their unmistakability and originality in relation to the effects of climate, soil and other factors. Lovers of bottle-aged notes will find many interesting vintage wines on offer - wines from the 1998 vintage onwards.
