About the winery
The family winery, which was founded in 1979, is located in the village of Nový Šaldorf, not far from the historic town of Znojmo and therefore falls within the Znojmo wine sub-region. The winery operates in a 70-metre-long sandstone cellar, which is more than 300 years old and is located at a depth of about 15 metres with a constant temperature of 11 °C.
The cellar of the E.Mi.vino winery is located in the centre of Nový Šaldorf in the so-called Modrácká cellar alley.
