Already in the 1990s, the company started production by controlled fermentation and introduced a mail-order service. Today it has a strong online shop and a large base of physical customers. It organises cellar and vineyard tours and is also known for its elaborate Wine Tourism programme. Its broad product portfolio includes a large range of quality and lesser-known varietal wines, as well as dry and semi-dry late harvests, grape and berry selections, ice wines, straw wines and sparkling wines, and other specialties. The company emphasizes terroir to enhance the uniqueness of the environment of the vineyards from which the grapes come.
