About the winery
We are a typical family winery - Pavel Springer with his wife Nadia, father Jaroslav and sons Pavel and Adam. We cultivate 5 ha of our own vineyards. We produce wines only from our own grapes, because the wine is made in the vineyard and the quality of the raw material is the most important thing. The roots of our winery go back to 1807. The Springer family winery is above all a guarantee of high quality wines, tradition and a distinctive style. We process exclusively grapes from our own vineyards. Biodynamic cultivation and a strictly reduced grape harvest are a matter of course. We do not filter or clarify our best Family Reserve wines. They are charged with pure energy, bearing the distinctive handwriting of the cellar master - they are unmistakable. The "flagship" is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and St. Lawrence varieties - cuvée SKALE. Tasting evenings for up to 15 people, guided tastings, wine sales, vineyard tours, home cooking, fresh and local ingredients, food and wine pairing, personal approach, family atmosphere Accommodation in a nearby hotel or guesthouse.
