Want to know everything about wine? Visit a modern winery with a guesthouse and historic cellars dating back to 1540 in the heart of Moravian Tuscany. You can buy and taste wines awarded with medals from domestic and foreign competitions in the company wine shop or in the comfort of the Svatoborský sklípek guesthouse. Let yourself be surprised by the daily offer of 100 types of wines and sparkling wines in an assortment of 30 varieties literally from A to Z, from Alibernet to Zweigeltrebe. Of course, you can also choose from regional delicacies or local specialities. Our philosophy: "Quality is everything."
On the way from Kyjov, the first left turn when going downhill after the bridge, on the way from Mistřín when going downhill at the former JZD turn right before the bridge.

Josef Dufek Winery is a young, dynamically developing enterprise, founded in 2003, which uses the experience of more than a century of winemaking tradition in the family. It processes grapes from its own 46ha vineyards in the areas of Tabule and Čtvrtky from Kyjov and Hušpery The winery grows a wide range of thirty varieties. The modern cellar farm in the new processing hall is equipped with the latest technologies - pneumatic presses, vinifiers, cryotanks, calolisers and others. In 2015, the reconstruction of the historical cellars from 1540 was completed, which are used for wine maturation. The actual production is then carried out mostly in a complete stainless steel program and partly in barrels mainly from France. The company has been winning medals every year from important competitions, e.g. in Paris, Brussels, London, San Francisco, Vienna, Madrid, Monaco, Strasbourg.From the domestic ones we cannot but mention the win of the VVT Champion, 2x MVT Champion and 3x Champion of Vinařské Litoměřice. The best wines include Rieslings, both Riesling and Walrus, Rulands, white and red, Veltliner, Neuburg, Franconia and Zweigeltrebe. The motto of the company is: "Everything is subordinated to quality".
