The company was founded in 1990 and initially engaged in designing for winemakers, later expanding its services to include filtering and bottling. Today it is dedicated exclusively to the production of sparkling wine, as the climatic conditions are at a comparable level to the vineyards in the Champagne region of France. The aim is to expand the production of sparkling wine and to create 'Le petit Champagne' in Cobylí.
