The architecturally exceptional building of Lahofer's new headquarters, designed by architects Ondřej Chybík and Michal Krištof, has become a significant architectural highlight for Lahofer and is appreciated by the professional public. Opening its doors to the public in June 2020, the building combines not only production and administrative functions, but also adds cultural and social significance to its concept. You can visit the winery seven days a week all year round.

The name of the winery is derived from the name of Jan Lahofer, a native of Dobšice, a skilled and conscientious artistic carver. In the second half of the 18th century, he created a unique Baroque library, which is currently the jewel of the Premonstratensian monastery in Prague's Strahov.

The winery has existed under the LAHOFER brand since 2006, but its origins date back to 2003, when it was founded under the name První znojemská vinařská a.s.
