About the winery
Family winery founded in 1991 on an area of about 8 ha. We produce wines for gastronomy, mainly wines with a special character (from cabinet wines to ice and straw wines) using the latest technology, both in the processing of grapes and in the bottling of wine.
The village of Pavlov is located on the slope of the Pavlov Hills below the Děvičky Castle, between the towns of Mikulov and Hustopeče. The Šilinek Jiří winery is marked by a signpost in the village of Pavlov by the main road.
