About the winery
Founded in 1999, the family-owned company is now in its third generation of winemakers. The production of Bíza Winery is focused exclusively on appellation and vintage wines. The company produces 70% of its red wines. The company's philosophy is to produce the highest quality red wines in the Czech Republic.

The winery is focused on the production of red wines 70%, white wines 30%. Production of only attribute wines. Cultivation of the Neronet variety - production of white wine technology. Production of straw wine from the Neronet variety. Sekt produced by the classical method of fermentation in the bottle. Grand Cuvée bizé - barrique, selection of grapes. The proportion of varieties is 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Zweigeltrebe.
