The winery was founded in 1990. The company continues the tradition of winemaking of the Mráz family in Tvrdonice, which has been producing wine since the beginning of the last century. Josef Mráz has been professionally involved in winemaking and viticulture for more than 30 years, since graduating from the Secondary Wine School in Valtice. In 1992, a new cellar farm was built in Stará Břeclav, which processes grapes only from its own vineyards located in the excellent vineyard positions of the villages of Hrušky and Tvrdonice. Josef Mráz's family winery combines traditional wine production with modern technology. It produces exclusively varietal quality wines with the following attributes. The speciality is naturally sweet wines - straw and ice wines. The wines are delivered to specialized wine shops, catering establishments and can be tasted and purchased directly in the wine cellar in Stará Břeclav. This is a good destination for tourists, as it lies on the wine cycle path.
