About the winery

All of our fine wine production has been organic from the start. Our wines are characterized by gentle processing, minimal interference with the natural processes of fermentation and subsequent aging. We have a total of 18 hectares of fruit-bearing vineyards and in 2013, while looking for new cellar space for aging sparkling wines, we discovered the Portz Insel on the Pacific Island, where it is possible to taste great wines in absolute tranquility.
