Newly certified VOC Znojmo wines enter the market every year in early May, as part of the VOC Znojmo Wine Festival. The event, the first year of which took place in 2009, continues the Znojmo tradition of combining culture with wine. Visitors can expect not only a tasting of all VOC Znojmo wines, but also a rich cultural programme with an emphasis on folk and dulcimer music. The VOC Znojmo Wine Festival is one of the most important cultural events in Znojmo. The most popular cultural event in Znojmo, right after the vintage, attracts more than 9,000 visitors every year.
