From 10 am to 6 pm, you can taste dozens of great wines from Šaldorf winemakers in the Šaldorf cellars! In addition to the wines, you can also look forward to rich refreshments.
You can only buy your admission and a glass on the day of the event at the two Info Centres, at the entrance to the cellar aisles and in front of the Špalek Winery.
During the open cellars, there is a traditional voluntary sand digging team competition, which is an attempt to show people the incredible hard work it took to dig the great Chaldorf cellars in the hard marine sandstone. Feel free to cheer and encourage our competitors! You can buy a Schaldorf brew to warm up at the competition cellar.
