Marcel Ihnačák, together with winemaker David Št'astný from CHÂTEAU VALTICE, has prepared a 6-course slow food menu from locally sourced ingredients for discerning lovers of good food, gastronomy and top wines. The culinary courses will be paired with 12 wines from CHÂTEAU VALTICE winery.
