Conquering Dobšice cellars is one of the most popular summer events in the wine-growing village of Dobšice. On Saturday 11 July 2026, the cellar aisles will open and offer visitors a day full of wine, music and a unique atmosphere.
From 13:00, you can gradually walk through the individual cellars and taste the wines of local winemakers right where they are made. Each cellar has its own charm and offers a different experience, from quiet seating to livelier stops with music.
During the day, there will also be an accompanying programme in the wine streets, featuring musical ensembles, dulcimer bands and soloists. The atmosphere will gradually transform into a unique summer experience full of socialising, laughter and good humour.
The event also includes a popular parade of Napoleonic and Austrian troops, which will pass through Dobšice from 15:30. It adds a unique character to the whole event and connects history with wine tradition.
There will also be refreshments and stalls with local specialties, which will perfectly complement the day's wandering among the cellars.
Admission to the event is 100 CZK and includes a map of the cellars. Tickets can be purchased at several locations in the village. Wine tasting samples are paid for directly at the cellars in cash.
