Blessing of the wine

The consecration of wine is usually a more intimate event. The parish priest from the local parish blesses the young wines. The event also benefits the winemakers themselves, who can evaluate and discuss their wines. Anyone from the community can bring wine to the blessing and does not have to be a member of the society.
