What can you expect throughout the day?
Throughout the day, you will wander through the spring landscape of the Blue Mountains, where vineyards are awakening and each village invites you to stop and taste local specialties. You will pass through Velké Pavlovice, Bořetice, Kobylí, Němčičky and Vrbice, which are united by their hospitality and unique views of the South Moravian countryside. The day will be full of movement, traditions and meeting the people who give the Blue Mountains their unmistakable character. We will end our journey at the Sokol Hall in Velké Pavlovice with tastings of local wines and specialties and participation in the certified competition Modrohorská pecka, organized by the Blue Mountains Association. Accompaniment will be provided by dulcimer music.
Routes:
- Velké Pavlovice - Bořetice - Kobylí - Vrbice - Morkůvky - Boleradice - Brumovice - Horní Bojanovice - Velké Pavlovice
- Short cycle circuit (approx. 30 km): Velké Pavlovice - Bořetice - Kobylí - Vrbice - Němčičky - Velké Pavlovice
- Walking route (approx. 15 km): Velké Pavlovice - Bořetice - Kraví hora lookout tower - Němčičky - Velké Pavlovice
On the route you will meet stamping points in traditional wine cellars or at attractive tourist destinations. From them you get stamps for your starting passport. You buy refreshments at the stops directly from the vendors.
What is included in the registration package?
- a deposit tasting glass with a carrier (you will receive a deposit of 20 CZK when you return it)
- start passport with route map (the passport is raffleable in the final raffle for prizes)
- a rich programme at the stamping points
