Sommelier Course - Part II

A two-week course leading to the "Sommelier" certificate, designed for specialized staff of gastronomy, wine shops and wine merchants, but also for consumers who want to be educated in this field. Theoretical teaching is complemented by domestic excursions. Lectures are given by experts at the highest level.
