Promotion of domestic St. Martin's Day wines - revival of folk tradition, meeting with neighbours and friends. St Martin's Day celebrations have their roots in the seventh century AD and are linked to the traditional end of the agricultural year in the countryside. The day-long event, where many visitors from Prague and beyond certainly come into direct contact for the first time not only with St. Martin's wines, but also with winemakers and the St. Martin's goose, is certainly a very good presentation of young wines every year. In addition to the St. Martin's Goose, there are also appetizers to go with the wine - cheese, dry salami, Slovak cakes, pickled delicacies, as well as refreshments of traditional Czech and Slovak cuisine.
