Authentic, biodynamic, natural wines of Bohemia and Moravia will be presented by Jan Čulik, the organizer of the Bottled Alive festival and owner of the Thir wine bar. We'll look at the different styles within the natural movement, comparing old pardals with young guns, female winemakers with their male counterparts, completely unsulfured samples with sleeker ones. We'll serve locally sourced tapas with the wines.
