08:30-10:45 wine part
10:45-11:45 must and wine composition and their determination
11:45-12:45 lunch break
12:45-14:00 practical calculations in wine technology, demonstration of work with the Small Wine Laboratory
14:00-16:00 individual training in work with the Small Wine Laboratory
16:00-17:00 discussion, final test, presentation of the certificate
Change of the program and date reserved.
Successful graduates of the training program will receive a certificate of education.
