We organize parades in the historical premises of the Renaissance Prachatická town hall - in the town hall, cellars and the arcaded courtyard, where we welcome visitors - lovers of good food and wine. It is not only a place where one eats and seeks the perfect harmony of food and wine, but also a great environment to combine experiential and sightseeing tourism.

This year's shows will focus even more on the preparation of fish dishes, hot and cold cuisine. Demonstrations of fish dishes preparation will be led by Mr. Karel Jarmar, owner and chef of the restaurant Zlatý soudek in Vodňany, which focuses mainly on fish cuisine and fish specialties. From the cold kitchen, delicious fish salads will be served, for which the chef obtained the recipe from the well-known Vodňany promoter of fish, fish dishes, author of many fish cookbooks, Mr. Miloš Štěpnička. There will also be a demonstration of preparation of dry fish from freshwater fish, which had its premiere last year.

In addition to fish dishes, you will be prepared excellent cheeses, mainly of domestic provenance, and game in the form of hot and cold dishes.

To combine these dishes, a number of excellent wines will be prepared, exclusively from our winemakers from Moravia and Bohemia.
